The experienced team at Richcraft Construction and Cabinetry is led by master carpenter Richard Cappello. Rich began his passion for carpentry at a young age, learning from his father who was a union carpenter who worked his way up to become the Vice President of Atlantic Development Corp in New Jersey. His first major woodworking project was a beautiful grandfather clock, which he built with his father when he was only 14 years old.

Throughout his youth, Rich had the opportunity to learn on the construction site working in both commercial (including Boston Market and Wendy's restaurants) and high-end residential homes. He gained vast experience working on additions, remodels, new construction, and much more.

While Rich is experienced with working with a variety of materials, woodworking and carpentry are his areas of expertise. In 1998, Rich started his own custom woodworking business and created a well-tooled workshop to build custom designs in Colorado Springs.

Since that time, Rich decided to relocate to Northern Colorado to enjoy the expansive outdoor opportunities and concentrate on high-end projects including interior trim and kitchen and bathroom cabinets and remodeling.

Rich chooses a hands-on approach, starting every project with the unique requirements and measurements of your space. Because of this attention to detail, he has watched his business grow quickly.
